- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks

Lemon Cream
- 4 oz. (1/2 block) cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. lemon curd (from recipe above)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
